AskEliza.org is a nonprofit, public-service AI website providing access to conversational AI models and related tooling.

2) Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3) Eligibility & acceptable use

• Use the site lawfully and responsibly. No illegal, abusive, or harmful activity.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service or infrastructure.
• Share only content you have the right to submit; avoid personal/sensitive data in chats.

4) Content you provide

You retain ownership of your inputs. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process inputs/outputs as needed to operate, improve, and secure the service. Avoid sharing personal or sensitive data unless necessary.

5) AI outputs & no guarantees

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Content is provided “as is” without warranties. Verify important information independently.

6) Donations & public acknowledgments

Donations are voluntary and support operating costs. Unless required by law, donations are non-refundable. With your explicit opt-in, your display name and amount may be published for recognition (e.g., on our Transparency/Supporters pages via public, read-only JSON). You can donate anonymously.

7) Third-party services

We use third-party providers for infrastructure (hosting/CDN), fonts/CSS (e.g., Google Fonts; jsDelivr/Bootstrap), email (SMTP), and payments. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services.

8) Service changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskEliza.org is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits arising from your use of the site.

10) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold AskEliza.org harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

11) Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
